My canon image runner 1025if machine will not send or receive faxes?

What can I do to fix this problem? The phone line is working fine ,I am sure it is in the phone line.

I meant to say I am pretty sure it is in the printer.

Have you tried to install some 3rd party image printing SDK to help you fix it? I am not sosure about it but I hope you success. Good luck.
