My Pixma TR8520 is not recognized my Canon Professional Print and Layout

I have been trying to use the Professional Print and Layout with my Pixma TR8520 and when I try to add a printer it never works. It won't find it even when I use the IPV4 or IPV6 addresses. Nothing works. 

Does Canon PPL work with this printer? I am running a Windows 11 machine, I can print fine from other programs.

Does anyone have a solution? This is very frustrating.
