My Pixma 2200 won't load 4X6 photo paper. It will load and print 8.5x11 but nothing smaller.

I've done a roller cleaning and checked for obstructions. The rollers don't seem to be able to catch the smaller size paper. It used to but just stopped. If I push the paper in, it will catch but then just spits it out without printing.

Hello.

The issue may be related to the program that is being used.  Try printing a photo from a different program to see if the unit will be able to print.
