Help!
My MX700 works just fine with my new computer and new Word 2013 program EXCEPT THAT, when I try to print a single envelope using "mailings" option. Nothing prints. On my old computer a message would come up allowing me to click "OK" and feed the envelope with the feed switch. Now no message comes up--the program kind of flickers(?) and, when I check the print que, it indicates that something is wrong with my printer--my intervention is required.
