My MX 410 inserts 2nd page partially, then signals a jam. Every time.

It almost seems as if the definition of page size has gone wrong.  Every second page stops part way in; when I press OK, the paper slides out (blank) and after a long wait, the next page is printed.

If the printer is connected wirelessly, please try moving the printer closer to your wireless access point to see if this will resolve the issue.  We also recommend performing at at least three roller cleanings on the unit by following the steps located here to ensure that the paper path is clear and that the paper can feed smoothly.
