Trying to print from PC to printer. Non-wireless. Get "attention required" message. Help

So that the Community can help you better, we will need to know exactly which operating system is running on your computer (i.e. Windows or Mac OS, and which version thereof), and whether the error message you're seeing says anything else beyond just "Attention Required." Operating system Windows 10. At first it said my printer was offline. Now it says attention required. When I delete the job it goes away. It will print wireless from my tablet and phone ok. My printer is sub wired to the computer. I have tried to hook it up to all the sub hook ups but still no good. Thanks for the help.
