Hello. I previously used My Image Garden on a Windows laptop and just bought a new MacBook Air. I downloaded the My Image Garden app and all appears to work well except the Scan button is grayed out. I have downloaded the scanner drivers, however that has not seemed to help. I am trying to do this wirelessly, therefore Im not plugged into the printer. I currently have Sonoma 14.5 OS. Please let me know if there is anything else I can do to get the scanner feature to work. Thank you.

Wanted to add that my printer is an MX492.
