Canon MX922 is printing horizontal lines on prints. I've deep cleaned, checked for clogged nozzles, roller cleaned, checked head alignments, added new ink, flushed the printhead for 15 min, dried overnight. Still printing horizontal lines (width) of the paper. Any other ideas on how to resolve this?

Hello Mjahde,
If you have performed several cleaning or deep cleaning and the print quality has not improved, it looks like there is something wrong with the hardware or the print head needs to be replaced. You can try reseating the print head using the steps in the link HERE to see if it resolves the issue or you can try selecting different paper types in your print window when printing to see if it changes the quality. If the paper setting does not match the type of paper you are using, it can cause horizontal banding.
You can contact our sales team at 1-800-385-2155 to purchase a replacement print head or you can log into your MyCanon account to view your available service options.

Hey everyone I have found the fix for this after much trial and error and a ton of lost vinyl. Be prepared because it is quite dumb!
The lines appear if I try to print in just about any software BUT if I export and save the print and then open it in the canon software that came with the printer (canon PRINT) and print it from the photo settings in there, it seems to work.
This is a hugely poor design on canons part and I'll update again if I find a solution that is easier.
