Hello,
I have a Canon Pixma TR8620a printer and a MacBook Pro. I have been trying to print an image on light fabric heat transfer paper to place on a sweatshirt. I have used Cricut Design Space and just my photo preview that came with the computer. I have used the mirror image feature on Design Space and have used the Flip Horizontally on my computers printer options. I have done it 5 times and every time I have printed it, it has printed not mirrored/not flipped. I am starting to get so frustrated. I have researched over 5 hours on every forum, manual, google search. I have done everything it says and no matter what the image does not print mirrored. What am I doing wrong? Please help me.

Hi AmandaMart4,
When loading the light fabric heat transfer paper into the rear tray of your PIXMA TR8620a, did you select "Letter" and "LF Iron Transfers" on the display of your printer?
If not, please follow these steps:
1. Tap the gear icon at the bottom of your printer's display.
2. Tap Feed settings.
3. Tap Rear tray paper settings.
4. Tap the Change button.
5. Tap the size of the paper you are using.
6. Tap LF Iron Transfers.
7. Tap Yes.
Once set, please attempt to print.
