MAXIFY MB2320: Always offline

When printing from my laptop printer is always offline even though there is a connection and printer is on.   I have 

tried removing printer and reinstalling it to no avail.

So that the Community can help you better, we need to know exactly which Canon printer model you're using within the MAXIFY MB2300 series.  The model number should appear on the front of the printer at the upper right. That, and any other details you'd like to give will help the Community better understand your issue!

Do you mean MB2320.  That is the only number I can find.
