I recently installed a new wireless router and my G4210 ink jet printer finds the new router SSID but will not synch with it when I try to manually connect to it via the printers micro screen. I printed the Network Configuration Page and it contains a c-5 error code which states the routers security key may not match the printers which is very possible since the new router has a new password. No big deal you say, just update the key on the printer! Unfortunately I can no longer get to the security key entry screen on the printer. Does anyone have a set of keystrokes I can use on the printer to get to the security key entry screen?

Greetings,
Uninstall the device and software from your PC or MAC.
Restart your computer.
Visit the G4210's support portal.
Download the latest driver/installer for your OS. Re-run the set up, it will allow you to update the new wireless connection. Choose the new SSID and enter the new password. The printer will be reinstalled with the new credentials.
