Is there an update for the Canon Pixma MX920? I just upgraded to the most recent Mac OS Catalina Version 10.15

I now scan to a USB thumbdrive and it works. But my laptop is no longer recognized by the scanner.

Hi jaclynfre.
To help us narrow down possible solutions, please let us know which model of printer is experiencing this problem.

Hi, I have a macbook with Catalina and trying to print on my MX459 printer. What is strange is that I've been printing fine on the same computer and wifi for months, and then suddenly 2 days ago the printer always looked offline. Meanwhile, my 5-year old HP PC was able to print the same documents on this printer, so the printer is working fine otherwise. I went to download drivers and it said there were none available for Catalina -- which would make sense for not working other than that it's been working fine for months until recently. So, i'm really confused as to what could have suddenly caused the change and how to fix it. As far as I can recall, i haven't made any software updates to my mac in these past 2 days. Thanks so much for your help!

I have a Canon G3202. I keep getting sent to the MX series driver; so is this printer compatible with Catalina? Can someone tell me YES or NO? Thank you!!!

Hello!
Canon USA doesn't support a PIXMA G3202. Could it be a PIXMA G3200? You might want to double-check the machine and verify physical model on the printer. Our models will be on the top or front of the unit. If it's a PIXMA G-series printer, that's one of our MegaTank printers, and they're all on this page https://Canon.us/rgs6

BTW - for clarity - it IS a Canon... thus i wouldn't be on this site... I'm an IT project manager and I share this only to help you understand I'm not foreign to tech. thank you. WHat I believe is the case is this printer does NOT support air print - the most reliable chocie for Mac systems. Good day.

Hi ccmuir.
Canon U.S.A. is one regional branch of Canon Global. If you are unable to find a driver for the "G3202" model printer, then you will need to check the website for your regional branch of Canon for the correct driver. Your region may be found at the Canon Global world map: https://global.canon/en/support/
@Jonathan1,
It's not uncommon for a printer to continue working immediately following a computer's upgrade to a newer version of the OS, only to stop working when the systems with which it interfaces themselves are changed or begin to no longer communicate adequately.
