Thank you. I am using a Dell computer with Intel Pentium with either Internet Explorer and Mozilla Firefox Operating System that use Windows 2010. Sometimes I click on Print but will not respond then I turn the Canon printer off for a while and It print. But it is not consistent. I am using the printer as a FAX machine, printer and copier. I have no problem with Faxing and copying.

Are you using Windows 8 / 8.1, Windows 7, Windows Vista or Windows XP?

I am trying to print on 8x5 index cards and am not having any luck. I pick custom size and it says it will print from lower cassette but then it says no paper in cassette or it says no paper in upper cassette. then when I try to change size and print from upper cassette. i try to change size to A5 and then it prints wrong way, doesnt print horizontal.
Please help

Hi
I am using Windows 7 and microsoft word. I custom sized the document in word for the 5x8 index cards.
I have been able to print this document to the 5x8 index cards with the printer at work. I was also able to print this document to the index cards using this mx 922 when i first got it a couple weeks ago and for some reason havent been able to since.
Any help would be appreciated it.

Hello.
Before you print from Word again, please check the Page Setup menu in the program to ensure that the correct paper size and orientation has been set for the document. This should allow you to print the item after you have specified the same settings in the printer settings.
