We changed out the formatter circuit board on our MX922 machine but when we turned it back on, we are getting a 5101 support code - which says to remove a piece of packing - but that packing was removed when we got the machine new. Is is possible that something moved inside the machine when we stood it on end to replace the circuit board. If so, what could we do/
