MX922 Wont print borderless

bleyden

Hello all,

I keep having trouble with borderless printing.  I am on a MacBook Pro OSX 10.13.3 with a Canon Pixma MX922, driver version 16.10.0.  I tried to install 16.20.0 but for some reason the change is not taking effect when I look at the printer in my Settings.

when I am in Pages 5 and I attempt to change the page setup option to use the US Letter Borderless, I close that dialog and when I go back it reverts back to the standard US Letter.  In Word, I have the Borderless page selected in page setup, but I cannot enable borderless printing from the print dialog.  This keeps happening and I am at a loss as to what to do.  Each time I get it to work, it seems like something different is preventing it the next time.

Hi bleyden,

Please try printing using Easy-PhotoPrint EX.  To download and install this, please follow these steps:

1. Visit Canon's website at: http://usa.canon.com/support

2. Type PIXMA MX922 in the "enter a model" box and click GO.

3. On the Support page for your PIXMA MX922, click the Software link in the middle of the page.

4. Please click on the Select button next to Easy-PhotoPrint EX.

5. Click the Download button.

6. If a Save dialog box comes up, click Save.

7. Once the download is complete, open your Downloads folder.

8. Double click [mepe-mac-4_7_2-ea11.dmg]. A new disk image will be created.

9. Double click the new disk image and follow the prompts to complete the installation.
