MX922: COLOR Alignment problem

My MX922 shows a strange problem: I cannot align color prinhead part. Black is razor sharp and clean, but alignment sheet looks very strange - someblue blocks look smudged (this pattern is reproducible as the printer tries to print it that way), some show only the bottom 1/4 part. Black (color) blocks are printed the whole but also lower 1/4 is brighter than the ret of the block. Pictures are attached. I washed the printer head, it has no signs of clogging, the timing strip is clean AFAICT, I cleaned the head multiple times both regular and deep, the printer never ran out of ink (prints never faded during printing, no dry use of the head), all other maintenance options are exhausted. Real printed pages do not have signs of ink leak/smudging, but colored lines and characters are fuzzy, PGBK printing is excellent.
