After reading all the post about MX892 and accompanying family of printers, I wanted to add my two cents on the MX892. After a print job yesterday I received "error code B200". after a search on Google and Canon sites and following instructions to clear the error code, the printer shut down and will not turn back on. I've tried the different wall socket and leaving it off for an hour unplugged, off and on for a number of 10 minute cycles.
This printer was purchased at Costco 18 months ago and used very lightly. So I join the ranks of disgruntled Canon customers who are pitching this printer with unused ink supplies and going back to EPSON, HP or other brand. Will never buy Canon again in any device or electronic!!!!! Garbage Printer, Canon knows it and they're stranding their customer base in favor of past bottom line $$$, It will come back to Byte them (pun intended)!!!!!
