MX892 Scan Issue

I have an MX892 with wireless connection.

When I scan from ADF, all is fine.

When I scan from glass plate, the left half of the scan is fine.  The right half of the scan is black.

I have tried many settings to no avail.

Any suggestions?

So we can better assist you, please let us know if you are able to make a full page color or black and white photocopy directly from the platen glass successfully, as well as what operating system is on your computer (version of Windows or Mac OS X).
