We have an MX882 printer in our office. We are trying to switch over to a wireless connection from a USB connection. We have both a PC and a Mac.
We've installed the drivers, uninstalled and reinstalled the drivers, per the advice on this forum - but the printer will not come online. Not only will it not come online, but it won't print, whether we're trying to connect wirelessly or via USB. In the past, it did print via USB.
Anyone have suggestions?

Hi Valkyriekat!
So that the Community can help you better, we will need to know exactly what Computer Operating System you're using (Windows XP/Vista/7/8 or Mac 10.x). Any error messages or other details you'd like to give will only help the Community better understand your issue! Thanks and have a great day!

Sorry - it'd be helpful if I would've included that info.
The Mac is running 10.8.4 (Mountain Lion)
The PC is running Windows 8 Enterprise
The only error message we get is that the printer is offline. We've set up the Wireless LAN network - and the printer says that its successfully connected.
The printer itself is set up on both the Mac and PC, as it shows up in the Printer list.

Hi valkyriekat,
There can be several reasons for an offline printer. I recommend reviewing this excellent article from our Knowledge Base which covers the most common causes of this error: Printer is offline (Wireless LAN) - MX882.
