MX870 - Wireless Print Problems

Set up my printer for Wireless & it is communicating to the printer.

Only problem is that nothing prints . . . Goes through the motions of printing but the page is blank.

Any suggestions?

Hi mariemanor413,

So we can determine whether this is a hardware or software issue, please print the Nozzle Check on the printer:

1.  Make sure one or more sheets of A4 or Letter-sized plain paper are loaded in the Cassette.

 2.  Open the Paper Output Tray gently, and open the Output Tray Extension.

 3.  Press the SETUP button.

 4.  Select Maintenance, then press OK.

 5.  Select Print nozzle check pattern, then press OK.

 6.  Select Yes when the confirmation screen appears.  The nozzle check pattern will be printed and two pattern confirmation screens will appear on the LCD. 

Is there a pattern for PGBK, C, M, Y and BK?
