I've been using my MX870 to scan for over a year now without issue. Today when I turned my MX870 and Windows 7 PC on and tried to scan from the ADF I started getting errors.
Starting the scan from the device would give me the processing screen and then just go back to the menu screen right when it would normally start feeding the documents.
Using the Navigator EX app, when I click Scan it immediately says 'Scan Failed'.
I've tried rebooting both the computer and the MX870. I've also checked the twain_32 folder and only the 2 MX870 folders + the wiatwain.ds file are there.
Any other ideas?
