MX860 not printing


MX860 stopped printing from the bottom paper tray. I switched to high resolution and printed from the rear tray for a few weeks.  


I am out of cyan ink and set it to grayscale, but nothing prints.


I'm running Windows 10 from my home computer



Start by replacing any ink cartridges which are empty.  Revert back to default settings > Paper tray > Auto select and retest.


If this fails, uninstall the printer and software, restart yor machine and reinstall the printer and driver.  Test again.


If this fails, its going to be difficult for anyone not present to try and determine if the paper feeder in the bottom tray on the printer is defective remotely.
