Ihave tried to print several things from websites and the preview and the actual print is only the top line. What would cause this?

Try printing a nozzle check from the printer's maintenance menu (which can be found in the "Settings" (the button with the screwdriver)). From my experience, most websites print in color, but the URL (that prints as the very first line) is in black. As such, I'd venture that your printer is only printing black ink, and is not printing color. The nozzle check will tell us for sure.

Thank you for the suggestion. I tried it but it did not help. In print preview only the first line shows and that is all that prints.
I specifically am trying to print the calander in Outlook. I left click to print and the print preview shows only the first line. I am wondering if the problem is with windows/outlook's communication with the printer.

It probably is an issue with Outlook in that case. Try printing from a variety of applications. If Outlook is the only one generating this issue, then I'd recommend contacting Microsoft to look at the settings of Outlook
