I have had a MX490 for awhile now and never had an issue with it. Recently the black ink went low, replaced it....and now it won't print black ink. I've cleaned it, deep cleaned the nozzles, print head alignment, cleaned the whole printer out with air so there is no dust. Replaced the black ink with two other new cartridges and still.....no black ink to print...color works just fine. Any suggestions are appreciated....
