MX490 printing green instead of gray

Mx490 - Everything that is gray on my monitor is actually printing green!! I have changed it to grayscale & I've changed the ink cartridges. I've cleaned the print heads and did realignment. I'm at a loss. I don't know what else to do. Please help!

To begin troubleshooting, let me make sure everything looks good with the nozzle check. Please click HERE for the steps to print the nozzle check. Once it prints, click the blue link in step 6 to compare your nozzle check with the sample.

If the nozzle check looks good, then please let us know what program you are printing from and what version of Windows or Mac you are using.
