Hi,
I just re-intalled my MX410 using the installation disc. The installation went without a hitch except for one thing - when it went to install the drivers it said that newer ones were already installed and that the installtion would stop. Nonetheless, it continued without error.
My problem is that it only installed the printer - the scanner and fax are nowhere to be seen and the scanner doesn't work.
Any help would be appreciated,
