MX410 U140 error with brand new cartirdges

Hello I have just bought 2 brand new PG-210 and CL-211 ink cartridges for my printer, once installed I get the "Check Ink U140" error, what should I do ?

Hello neildevine.

 

Please remove and reinstall both cartridges to try and resolve the error.
