I installed Windows 11 and now my printer Canon MX340 will not print. It will show a print request, but shows an error and does not print. I have tried possible solutions but none have worked.

Hi magimarv1,
The PIXMA MX340 is not supported with the Windows 11 operating system. You can try uninstalling the printer and then downloading and installing the Windows 10 driver from the Support Page of your PIXMA MX340, but please note that this is not supported and would be done at your own risk. The Support Page can be accessed here:
You are eligible for Canon's Upgrade Program. This is for out of warranty units which have been diagnosed to require service, or for some reason are incompatible with a new or upgraded system. This option allows you a one-time opportunity to purchase a replacement product, discounted from the list price.
If you would like to take part in this option, please call our Sales Department at (866) 443-8002 Monday through Saturday, 9am to 9pm. Let them know you have been working with technical support and the Canon Upgrade Program was offered.
