I just purchased this printer used. When I opened the shipping box and removed the paper tray, I found this part in it. The printer is showing error code 5C20. Does anyone know where this part goes?

Greetings ,

The 5C20 error is serious and can have more than one cause. Some of which are fatal. My advice. I'd re-package it and return it immediately. The last thing you want is to have a paperweight sitting on your desk. In all seriousness, where that part goes is the least of your worries.
