MX 892 Cyan ink not dispensing

Hi,

 

I have a fairly new MX892, running on Windows 8.  No issues until today - the cyan cartridge stopped dispensing.  in the line test it doesn't even show up.  All print jobs are red with a bit of yellow.   I have done a cleaning cycle and then replaced the cartridge.  No difference.

 

Is there a resolution out here for this issue?

Hi KatieMac,

 

Since you have already performed a cleaning on the printer and the cyan ink still is not printing, we can perform a couple of deep cleanings to see if this will get the ink to print.  To do this, please follow the steps below:

If the ink still does not print after performing the two deep cleanings, the printer will require servicing.  Please call or email us at one of the methods on the Contact Us page to obtain your servicing options.

Thank you!   I did do the deep cleanings - and after two, it fixed itself.  Everything is working fine.
