MX 870 won't scan

Can't scan from printer anymore.  I get a message saying it can't start the MP  Navigator EX.  I went to the website and downloaded it again, but it still won't scan.

Any ideas, it used to work.

If possible, please try using a new or a different user account on the system to see if the MP Navigator will launch properly.
