My printer is wirelessly hooked up to my PC but won't print. I try to print a test page, and all it says is "Please wait a while," but it doesn't do anything. Ive tried restarting it and my PC. The ink is correctly installed and there is enough paper. I tried running a trouble shoot from my PC but it says there's nothing wrong and my printer should be working fine. I can scan through my phone but nothing will print from my PC.
