I have a problem when I print images with a black background. My MP830 simply refuses to print an accurate black. It comes out almost navy blue...very dark, but certainly not black. I have tried grayscale which does the same thing. I am using Canon brand cartridges, so that is not the issue. I have cleaned the heads, deep cleaned the heads, and still I cannot get the color to be true black. Any ideas?
Thank you.
Tom
