MP830 not working

I have a Canon MP830 that has been great til recently.  I cannot print from a computer or make a copy.  It sounds like it is going through the motions and prints out a blank page.  I did go  through the print head cleaning and it printed out the test page.  I have not messages and wonder what is the next step

Hello.

 

Check to make sure that the bright orange tape has been removed from the top of each ink tank.  If the issue persists after cleanings have been performed, troubleshooting with our support group will be needed to narrow down the cause of your issue.
