MP620B will not scan

I have a new laptop which runs Windows 10. As there is no driver for the Pixma MP620B, I installed the Windows 8.1 (64 bit) driver. Using a USB connection, I can print but cannot scan.  It appears as if my laptop will does not recognize that the printer is connected.

Any assistance and help will be appreciated!

Hi mikerogers7,

Did you install the MP620 series MP Driver Ver. 1.04 or the MP620 series Mini Master Setup? I will also need to know if you downloaded MP Navigator EX Ver. 2.05 as well.
