Oh sorry I'm new to this site. Windows 10, with a Pixma MP495 printer. Installed a new blank ink cartridge and now it's printing blank pages. The color ink is still halfway full. Thank you

I'm assuming you mean new black ink and nothing prints - blank page?

Did you try running nozzle check and head cleaning?

How do I do this?

You can download on-screen manual here.

Thank you. Yes it was working perfectly fine before I put in a new black ink cartridge.

How funny it was because my Adobe subscription expired so it was printing bank documents. My printer is printing perfectly fine on everything else. Thanks for your help! That manual will defintely come in handy on setting up my wireless printing now.

Maybe remove the cartridge and wipe the contacts with a clean cloth. Then run nozzle check and cleaning per manual.
