Printer MG 7120 started printing light. I've tried everything but shaking the computer and printer. Any suggestions?

Hi Gawest,
When inks do not print correclty, we recommend performing at least one cleaning and two deep cleanings on the printer to see if this will resolve the issue. If you have already done this, please reply with the following information so we can further troubleshoot the issue:
1. What operating system is on your computer (Windows XP, Vista, 7, 8 or a version of Mac OS X)?
2. If you take a known good image and make a photocopy of it directly from the printer, do you experience the same issue?
3. Has a print head alignment (manual or automatic) been performed on the printer?
