MG7120 printer won't turn on.

MG7120 printer power light comes on along with a yellow/orange triangle light but the screen is blank and will not show a trouble code. Unpluged the power cord and waited two minutes and still nothing. Unpluged it again and waited two hours and tried it again and still nothing. Does anyone know how to get it back into operation?

Hi molecreature.

If the printer's LCD isn't coming on, even after leaving it unplugged for 2 hours to drain the electricity, then the printer will need to be replaced.

I can offer the Canon Upgrade Program. The Canon Upgrade Program provides a one-time discount on the purchase of a replacement printer directly through Canon U.S.A., and comes with free ground shipping.

If you're interested, you may call one of our phone-based Canon Direct agents at (866) 443-8002. You will need to have the printer's serial number for this call; the serial number may be found on the back of or inside the front of the printer. Please keep in mind, you are under no obligation to take advantage of this offer immediately to gain the information.

Greetings,

What is the history on this printer?  When did it last work?

Has their been some kind of event that has precipitated this behavior?

What's changed?
