MG6851 "there is no paper. " - yes there is, but it won't print & doesn't recognise loading

"Load paper in the cassette and push the cassette until the < positions align" - HOW DO I DO THIS PLEASE?

I CANNOT SEE ANYTHING THAT MOVES AT ALL. 

A VIDEO OR PHOTO WOULD BE INCREDIBLY HELPFUL - PLEASE!

IT WILL NOT PRINT. SUDDENLY HAPPENED, WAS WORKING OK BEFORE!

HOW CAN I ALIGN ?

Does the material that came with the printer not tell you how to view the manual for it?

Took me all of 30 seconds after Googling "Canon MG 6851" to get to it. Page 161 shows how to load paper.
