MG6820 will not copy

I have an MG6820 that is just a couple of months old.

It scans and prints fine

It will not copy. I get 2110 error code telling me the paper in the cassette doesn't match the paper registered with the printer. I've got plain ole 8 x 10 paper in the cassette and that is what is registered.

I had no trouble clearing the 2110 error code.

I also, for lack of anything else, turned off the printer and unplugged it.

Still same problem.

I will now use the other link you gave me and contact Canon directly
