MG6320 connection problem

I have installed all the utilities from Canon.

 

Sometimes, the printer could be found by computer and iPhone when it just be turned on. Then, it will lost connection. I can still see it in router's DHCP list, but my computer and cell phone just not find it. The Canon IJ Network tool said 'There are ports that cannot be used with their current settings.'

 

Could somebody help me?
