MG6220 printer says'INNER COVER IS OPEN" so won't work. cover not open.

Hello cookie.

The Inner Cover is a small flap shown as 'E' in the illustration here.  Please make sure that this flap is closed.  Then press 'OK' on the printer to clear the warning and continue printing or scanning.
