MG5420 Poor print quality

I have a MG5420 and the print quality has dropped off significantly.  Text is blurry and splotchy.  I've tried the various cleaning tools installed on the printer but have had no success fixing the problem.  I've also replace all of the ink cartridges.  Any suggestions would be appreciated.
