One year old printer showed B200 error code, so I purchased a new print head ( part # QY6-0080). I installed it, now there are no error messages, but the printer prints a blank page when I try to print? Is there a setup procedure for the new print head, or is something else wrong....Thanks

We can perform a series of cleaning and deep cleanings on the unit to try and get the ink to print.  To perform the cleanings, please follow the steps at the link below:

Cleaning and Deep Cleaning the PIXMA MG5320

If the ink still does not print after performing at least one cleaning and two deep cleanings, the printer will require servicing.  Please Contact Us for your servicing options.
