I am getting a B200 printer error has occurred message. I think I ran out of black ink but have replaced that cartridge. How can I reset or otherwise get my printer to operate? It tells me to unplug and contact the service center, but I'd rather try some fixes at home first.

Hi leenheer,
The B200 error is a general hardware error. If turning off the printer, unplugging the power cord and leaving it out for at least 10 minutes, then plugging it back in and turning it back on does not resolve the error, the printer will require servicing. Please call or email us at one of the methods on the Contact Us page to obtain your servicing options.
