MG5300 has been working fine via wifi to local iMac and Apple laptop. Suddenly, when send a print command from either printer icon bobs up and down and notes not connected. Turn printer off, then back on and it prints. Each time issue a print, have to do that all over again. Any ideas how to remediate? Thanx.

I did contact the support group, twice in fact and thought it was fixed. Re-downloaded drivers, reset router, re-added printer to both iMac and Applebook, and worked for a day.

However, yesterday, it reverted to old form. Have to turn printer off and then back on for each print job. Getting frustrated.

Too busy today with seasonal stuff, but will try calling support again tomorrow as don't know what to do.
