MG3600 error light on constantly and printer doesn't work. Won't allow me to change cartridges.

Thanks! There are no flashes. The light is on constantly when I turn the power on and the printer doesn't work.

The light won't go off unless I disconnect the power.

Is anyone there? Or does anyone know if Canon actually helps with these problems?
