Anybody have any suggestions? When I print in black and white, things that should be in grey just don't show up. My ink levels aren't low, and have tried aligning heads and cleaning nozzles...
The color gray is printed by a combination of the inks in the color ink cartridge. Based on the description of the issue that you have provided, it would appear that the color ink cartridge in your PIXMA MG3620 should be replaced.
