MG3222 won't take paper

akdm1990

Admittedly I haven't used it in maybe 2 months, but I wouldn't figure it would cause this. I send it a print job and it'll start taking the paper, but when it gets about 1/3 of the way in, the paper will bend, like a bell curve, and get spit back out. I have the paper secured with the side guards and that's the only thing I could think of as a cause.

Hello.

Please try the following steps to see if we can resolve your issue:

1.  Turn the printer off.

2.  Unplug the power from the printer for at least 5-10 minutes.

3.  While unplugged, remove any paper from the unit.

4.  Double check for any obstructions found in the unit or paper paths.

5.  If no obstructions are found, plug the power back in and turn the unit on.
