MG2220 ink absorber almost full

I have an E08 error flashing on the printer.  When printing, on the computer it gives me a 1702 error "ink absorber is almost full."

Are there any button combinations to get rid of this error? Or to reset the printer itself or reset the ink absorber counter?  I would rather not mess with the service tool from some random place.
